We recently had hardwood floors installed in our townhouse. We chose to have it installed on the whole main floor, living room, kitchen, hall, closet, and bathroom. We had several quotes from established flooring businesses in Kelowna and in the end we chose "Concept Flooring" because they were competitively priced, knowledgeable about their products, and we liked the attitude of your staff.

This proved to be a wise decision as the quality of the red oak flooring was excellent and you were able to install the floor on the dates we requested. You also installed an oak stair railing for us. This required a considerable amount of skill and again the workmanship was excellent. We couldn't be happier with the end result of our project and would recommend "Concept Flooring" to anyone who insists on quality material and workmanship.
